Meet Our Founder

Damian Smart our founder began his property career at 17 while studying his commerce degree. The early experience in leasing and agency sales led him into recruitment where he built and led high performing sales teams over a 20 year career throughout Australia, negotiating and delivering 100’s of millions of dollars of direct client sales. Returning to his roots,

Damian chose to diversify his personal investments and moved back into property via project property sales, as both an investor and Project Sales Manager, leading the delivery of $30m AUD of sales in his first 18 months.

Encouraged by friends and family, Damian now offers this expertise to the broader market to help balance the playing field for buyers.

Qualified in Commerce, Damian is a licensed real estate practitioner and brings maturity and experience with hundred’s of managed sales over his career to date. He is the father of wonderful sons and delivers outstanding buyer advocacy services.
